At AWS, Larry oversees all aspects of the business, including RCRA-permitted hazardous waste transportation, oil and antifreeze disposal operations, sales leadership, financial performance, and companywide environmental health and safety compliance. Under his leadership, AWS has achieved 100% regulatory compliance with zero violations and maintained a zero TRIR safety record across multiple years. A reflection of his commitment to rigorous training, disciplined processes, and a culture of accountability.

Before founding AWS, Larry spent over two decades with Safety-Kleen as a General Manager, where he managed a RCRA Part B permitted facility and hazardous waste transfer operations. He led large administrative, sales, and operations teams, directed OSHA and EPA training programs, and ensured strict adherence to environmental and DOT regulations. His leadership helped the branch achieve multiple years of full regulatory compliance and industry-leading safety performance.

Larry’s expertise spans operations management, process improvement, logistics and route optimization, sales force development, pricing strategy, and service-driven revenue growth. He holds hazardous materials management certifications, HAZWOPER training, environmental training credentials, and DOT emergency response training.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to “doing things the right way,” Larry continues to drive growth and operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of environmental stewardship and workplace safety.
